Refund
Refund will be proceeded immediately, once the returns is delivered to us without problems.
For example, the returned mobile has to be the same IMEI, which we have recorded for every item orders. And there is no missing parts or have any kind of damages.

Return Details
If the returns is Sealed or Unused
1, Returns may only be made within 14 days from the day receiving the Item.
2, Customer is in charge of arranging appropriate courier with online tracking, pay the postage, and make sure the returns not lost or damage while in transit to us.

If the returns is Unsealed or Used
1, Returns may only be made within 30 days from the day receiving the Item and 25% of total price restocking fee will be applied.
2, Customer is in charge of arranging appropriate courier with online tracking, pay the postage, and make sure the returns not lost or damaged while in transit to us.

**Important: "Google  Account" Please makes sure to remove your Google account from your Smartphone  device before doing a factory reset and returning the phone back to us. If you do not remove the Google account, the phone will be locked to your Google email address and we won't be able to access the device. We have the right to decline any return sent back to us with a Google account or charge a fee to have the google account removed by a third party. 

Warranty
We are providing 1 year warranty against manufacturer defect.
Warranty does not cover for accident, water, abuse, misuse or other human error causing the product damage. Buyer is liable for labour and material charges where parts replaced.
