Returns and Warranty Policy New

Returns Policy:

1, Non-Faulty Products:

(1) The returns must be within 30 days of receiving order.

(2) The returns must be in unopened box.

(3) The customer must be responsible for the cost of returning the products to the seller, and make sure the returns delivered to us safely. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged by shipper or carriers.

(4) The customer must make sure the returned item delivered to us correctly with the same IMEI. We have IMEI recorded for every item orders we shipped. If not correct, refund will be refused.


2, Faulty Products:

2.1, Within 6 months of receiving order.

(1) The customer must give the seller one opportunity to repair the product. If the repair is unsuccessful, the customer can return.

2.2, After 6 months of receiving order.

(1) The customer must give the seller one opportunity to repair the product. If the repair is unsuccessful, the customer can return. The seller must make a deduction from the refund for fair use after the first six months of customer receiving order, the customer must be partial refunded.
